General description of teams and times

We always start with some warm-up in the form of motion or exercise, so you train techniques / Drills, i.e., You start with a position or attack and what might happen then, so you always have a counter reaction (flow is critical in realistic training)
We always train sparring / position sparring on all teams, i.e., When you do not know what the opponent does, you learn how to put the techniques realistically. The level is, of course, adapted to the individual student so everyone can join. We usually end up with physical training after sparring
